RETURNS

You can return one or more items, without ever having used them, within 14 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products, the 14 days are counted from the day of purchase and include holidays. After that time, the return procedure will no longer be available. The return request must be communicated within 4 days from the date of delivery. We do not accept return or exchange of ceremonial garments, items that are part of this category are identified in description. Refusal of merchandise delivery is not considered a return therefore at the time of refund the costs incurred for transportation and handling associated with the unsuccessful delivery attempt will be deducted.
We do not accept returns of items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent and received.

BEFORE MAKING THE RETURN
Check that you have the following requirements before shipping the goods and follow these simple instructions to ensure that your return is accepted and you can receive your refund as soon as possible:

check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and is packed carefully and neatly;
Please remember to check that all original labels are perfectly intact and have not been removed from the garment. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee a refund, as the product would no longer be resalable. Furthermore, the garment must have the integrity seal: its absence or removal invalidates the possibility of obtaining a refund.
footwear must not have been used and must be returned in its original box. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must not be damaged and cannot be used as the only outer packaging;

IMPORTANT: If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return. If you request it, the items will be shipped back to you at your expense.

THE RETURN IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE 
The costs are your responsibility and will depend on the service you have chosen.  The package containing the return is your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouses. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging or delay in delivery of the return.

REFUND
As soon as we receive the return, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly we will make the refund, which will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs.

Please note:
If you paid in 3 installments with Klarna the purchase included a discount the following will be deducted from your refund:

• shipping costs,

• Klarna fees, equal to 6% of the total order amount.

Refunds are usually made after a few days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.

In the case of purchases made with free shipping at the time of return, the cost of shipping incurred by us will be deducted from the amount refunded.
If the order was paid for by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
As an alternative to the refund, you may choose to receive a Gift Certificate that you can spend either on the site or in our physical stores - equal to the amount of the returned item - to be used within 30 days of receiving it. 

To make a size change you can contact us by email at info@finiziocollezioni.com, the shipping of the item to be changed is at your expense instead the change will be shipped at our expense.
